Upon signing up to Earthdate.net (paying or non-paying), you agree to Earthdate’s  Terms of Use:

Usage

You are at least 18 years of age. No persons under 18 are permitted to enter the website.

You are applying to the Earthdate community with the intent to network and establish friendships. Your intentions do not include: abuse, harassment, solicitation, criminal activity, or any other behavior that may be detrimental to life, liberty, or property (both virtual and real).

Content

• You will be responsible for all of your postings, messages, and materials that you otherwise establish in your account.

• Please be especially mindful of copyrighted material and language (i.e. obscenities, profanity, defamation, etc.).

• You will not post nudity.

• You will not divulge any personal information in your profile (i.e. phone numbers, full names, e-mail addresses, physical addresses, etc.).

• You will not divulge information about any persons under the age of 18 (names, ages, quantity in your care, photos, etc.).

In short,

Be Reasonable.

Be Responsible.

We encourage all members to notify us whenever they witness these terms of use to be in violation.

Terms of Subscription.

Free subscription will last as long as you want.

Paid subscriptions will last as long as the terms described at checkout. When your paid subscription runs out, you may renew, remain at the free subscription level, or cancel. Paid subscriptions will soon become available for monthly and quarterly (every 3 months) time periods.
